What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, country, an optional stone reference and your message. Nothing else, and no account is created.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to. Our analytics are cookieless and record no personal data.
Who processes it
Five processors, named plainly: Cloudflare (hosting, the form endpoint, the enquiry log and bot protection), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (our mailbox), Bunny (media delivery) and Plausible (cookieless analytics).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Write to hello@arthagemsofceylon.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. This site is operated by Artha Gems of Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd, Company No. PV 00370435, and complies with Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 and, for buyers in Europe, the GDPR.
